Why isn't my USB Connection detected?

USB Connection

The USB connection on Windows 7 is not detected when connected using Windows Phone 10 Preview build 10149(Lumia 920), while the charger pin is displayed on the battery in phone while connecting it to the USB. Please suggest/help.

My lumia 535 DualSim doesn't want to connect to Macbook Pro Retina 13" 2014. So you are not alone I think we need to wait for next update
