Not for resale?

I just updated to the newest build from 8.1 performed hard reset for a fresh install and now when I boot my phone up the white ATT screen is now showing a "Not for resale" in red letters. Should I contact Microsoft about this or is this just a possible bug due to WP10?

Just for info I never saw that message on 8.1 or prior updates.

Phones on TP are not for sale
If u wanna sell it roll back to 8.1 and sell it

Ahh, ok. No, I am not wanting to sell it I just had no idea if I ended up getting a very well covered up floor model or if it was just something WP10 added.
