Anyone having trouble installing Store updates? "Try that again"

Anyone else getting this error when checking for store updates? Windows store finds app updates, says "pending", then "acquiring license", then appears to get ready to download (with 0 MB downloaded) and then stops with the error "try that again". If you try again the same thing happens over and over again.

If you click "See details" it gives error code 0x80200003 (or sometimes 0x80D02005, but more often the other one).

Running Windows 10 Build 10547 on my Surface Pro 3.

I have the same problem on some apps. The only app I have in common with your list is Mail and Calendar. I also have the same number of stuck apps. Oddly this morning another app had an update and it worked fine, but my 6 problem ones are still stuck. I did go through a bunch TechNet suggestions to fix it (including power shell commands) and none of it helped.

Now there is an OS update 10565 and that is also giving me the 0x80d02005 error.
