Unable to set or access custom ringtones

Lumia 1520: Windows 10 mobile preview 10536.1004

In the "Sounds" menu under ringtones, I cannot find my custom ringtones that are still saved in the Ringtones folder on my phone.

I have tried 3 different Ringtone maker apps namely:

Ringtone Maker
Ringtone Maker 8.1
Ringtones Pro

The first two flat out tell me that the ringtones were not saved with error messages.

Ringtones Pro go through the entire process of saving and setting the ringtone to no avail and without error prompts.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Are there any workarounds?

Yup, no app we can download thus far with that build. Only way is through pc...and who has time for that!

I found a workaround on here (I'll post it when I get to a PC).

Can it work if I Bluetooth the m4r files to my phone then move then to the ringtones folder or download them and direct them to the ringtones folder?
