Build 10576 messaging app failure

I updated to build 10576 and my messaging app is empty as the logs mention. Ive deleted the file it mentions, iv rebooted, ive done a few back flips. the messaging app still will not work, its completely empty. Id like to uninstall it and then install it again, but windows will not present that option, right click? no, programs and features? no. no way to get rid of it, also it doesn't appear in the store to install again.

any ideas? I can format but I don't want to have to do that.
