Resizing two windows at once doesn't work anymore (Build 10586)?

So I updated to 10586 and now when I go to resize a snapped window it doesn't resize both like it used to on 10576. Anyone else having this issue? It wasn't in the known issues list.

(Even the settings option didn't work.)

I just tried it, it's working fine on my computer.

Yeah it just started working again on mine as well... that's a bit weird. :|
