Internet Sharing Problem

Just a quick background.

I'm using an unlocked Nokia 1520. Using Windows Phone 8.1.

A couple of hours ago, my internet sharing was working well. I was charging my phone and doing my thing on my iPad whilst tethered to my 4G connection on my 1520.

Then my phone hung. After a reboot, I lost all internet sharing ability. I've rebooted several times both my phone and iPad. Connected another device and still couldn't use my phones connection.

I'm worried I may have fried the radio since this happened while I was charging my phone.

Any help here would be appreciated.
