Does Wifi 📶 sense currently allow your contacts to use your wifi or not yet?

My friend doesn't seem to be able to use my wifi no matter what we try. If any one had this working please share.

I haven't had friends attempt to log in on my network, so I'm not sure if it works or not.

Same issue here. We set everything up but it seems not to work. Was anybody able to use Wi-Fi sense successfully yet?

Both you and your friends should have 8.1 installed and wifi sense activated, you must have the number of each other in the phonebook. Microsoft says the thing may require some days to register and let your friends use your wifi. Oh and check if the wifi is shared in the managing page

I gave this now several days, basically since my last post and nothing happened yet. I followed all instructions online given here. Well, let's hope that this is a DP bug that got fixed.

Why not to connect manually. It should work fine (wifi ID + password)

Well, sure manual connection works. But I really don't think that this is the point of this feature that doesn't work at this point.
