should a new more customizable UI be considered??

A more pleasing ui with more colour options and if possible transparent tiles in custom backgrounds...as in omnimo for rainmeter

Options are always welcome. Microsoft has spent a bunch of money and effort to create what we have. Personally I like it. I see what is coming I am excited about the future. What's more is I am excited about how Microsoft is listening the people and what they want. If this is what you want maybe you should tell Microsoft.
