lumia 625 others storage cleanup issue

Hi, I have nokia Lumia 625. Storage check shows 4.4 gb used for others..i have tried deleting almost all apps cleared all temp files..but issue is not solved. Total free space is only 50mb.
pleqse suggest.

A hard reset will do

Ohh k , I thought i can avoid the hard reset!
Will hard reset will delete the contacts also? Contacts backup is done automatically on cloud, right?

Not sure about contacts.. But if all of them are on outlook then you won't lose them
