Changing Photos Albums Names

i just switched to a Lumia 1520 I love it but the syncing to a Mac is not good at all to get my music was simple from itunes BUT Photos realling sucked i had the Windows Phone app on my mac and Nokia Photo Transfer the Nokia One just puts ALL photos in the Camera roll and you cant move them and on the Windows Phone app it only has the correct Album name to one of my nine photo albums the rest have a album name as a date i know iphoto does this but i cant find anywhere how to change this i even tried using a file manager and i moved all the files and renamed them and it shows up but my photos are NOT in the photo app and i really wanna use the photo app i like it and its live tile i like windows phone 8 but this is very frustrating

Try changing the folder names after you plug it into a computer and use the computers file manager to name the folders.
