Cannot log into Nokia Account

I have a Lumia 520 and cannot log into Nokia account it says Network Problem. I have WiFi and data on can log into all other accounts but not Nokia, even on my "App Social" app. I have linked it to my Microsoft account already and I still cant log in.

I believe it was shut down recently or something. Best leave it be I suppose.

Looks like App Social has been killed. It just opens up the store app now. It was probably for the best, since it never worked very well.
