just updated my OS and I thought I am going onto Windows 10 for phones because I went through the insider app.
Updated the System and my OS is now :8.10.15116.125
New settings dialog with headers

got this as well.. after that i opened windows insider again, enrolled, and checked for updates once more... installing right now

Yeah... They push some "prep" to the phone before you get to the Insider Track.

true. works after a second update. Do you always have to go into the windows insider app to enrol in new updates and than get them through phone update? because I just did this again and I am on OS version 10.0.12534.56 now
