Can't add tags to pictures in people hub from Facebook

Is this a Facebook issue or windows phone 8 issue? I searched and can't find the solution I can tag stuff I upload and that is it. Anybody know a solution?

When photo comes up, press the three dots at the bottom right. A menu shows giving you some options. One is to tag people in the photo.
Click on the 'Add Tag' icon, and tag away....

Is Facebook chat turned on in Messaging options? Apart from that i don't know. Never had a single problem with my Lumia 920. Maybe i've been lucky?

Heres an example. This is from the American Dad page, I want to tag a person and all I ever get is a greyed out icon. I don't know if this is permissions etc on Facebook?

I think you can not tag people because of the privacy settings on the American Dad page. For instance...if this same photo was posted on your friends page, you could probably tag yourself and others. But as for the American Dad page, i do not know what their permission are. I would see if there is a way to save the photo to your phone, and then re-upload it to facebbok from your phone and tag people that way?

Oh I can do that, but the issue is why can't I do it this way? I think I read the people hub acts like third party app and this is why we have issues. *sigh* I wished Microsoft would have fixed these issues. I love people hub but this third part app **** gets old.
