Random reboot, now can't access feedback to nokia and store connectivity problem

I am an owner of L520, and couple of days ago while browsing the net it randomly rebooted and now I can't access the option of 'feedback to nokia' in settings. I took out the battery and put it in, but the problem persists. Plus at times, my store stops working asking me to check the connectivity when my internet is working just fine.
I am not sure if this is some fault in the specific set or in WP in general.
Any help will be appreciated

Is feedback still in settings and you can't do anything? Does it need to be installed? Do you need the QR code for it?
