Difference Between Windowsphone.com/en-US and Windowsphone.com/en-PH?

Hello everyone,

I am wondering what's the difference between the two stores? If I have a microsoft account that is set to a Philippine region, will it automatically directs mo to the Windowsphone.com/en-PH?

Are all APPS in windowsphone.com/en-PH will be available for me?

By the way, I am from Philippines. And I am really confused wither to change my Region to US because some are telling that Most of the apps are available in US.

So please help me guys, I am new to Windows Phone 8 Thanks. And this is my First WP8 by the way Came from a Symbian OS.

I don't believe you'll be missing out on much when you check the app store, the difference between the Australian and American is basically none.

The overall difference on the home page will be the range of phones and maybe a different home screen.
