Weird WIFI Problem??

Hi, My phone is Lumia 720 at GDR2 & Nokia Amber. I am living In India.
I have a weird problem in phone as I couldn't download apps sometime if I using Wi-Fi but on laptop it showing 50-55 kB/s.
Sometime it will not download as say We can't connect to the store at the moment,
sometime it download then it shows attention required tap here - this pattern chance follows for 5-10 times meaning I have to restart/resume download 5-10 times to complete download 1 app about 10-20MB.

whereas no problem in using other apps (like WPCentral, Facebook , 6tag, Wikipedia, etc.) which using internet via Wi-Fi.
Can anyone help what really problem is? I done factory reset 6-7 days ago as this problem arise earlier also.
Is Store want good speed internet via Wi-Fi for downloading app as no problem via 3G cellular network.

I think that the problem is from your Windows Live account or technical network problem in your location.

Try to download "WiFi booster pro" from the store and see if that app can make a difference.

I said problem only in app downloading or updating not in surfing internet or in app.
still you said above app I used but no change now
moreover whenever keypad is locked pattern chance were increased

That app does nothing for WiFi. There are no APIs that enable any effect on wifi or any other signal. That app is a scam.
