HTML5, Youtube and Windows Phone 8

Hey! First post here....I've looked around and haven't found a ton on this, so I thought I'd ask here.

So, has anyone found a workaround to play HTML5 / embedded YouTube Videos.

Example: http://www.rotogrinders.com/live - if I go to this site, I can't watch the "live" Google Hang out videos, or even play any of the past uploaded content on the site.

The error I get:
"your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available "

I've tried desktop mode, mobile mode.

I've tried downloaded the UC browser and using that instead.

Anyone have a workaround for this?

Maybe IE11 in WP8.1 brings the necessary support
