Its easy to rate your app or game some have the option on their menu but if not just go to your list of apps ptess the name of the app for a sec and then choose rate and review from the list then you just need to click your star choice and write your thoughts of the app game in the box underneath the click submit (updated thanks to Sueha below)

You like the complicated way, huh? Just swipe to the app list and press and hold the app to open the context menu and click the Option to rate the app. I dont get this thread though.
