Redownloading purchased apps on new device?

I just had to get a new Lumia 920 due to my old device being damaged. It would not boot so got a warranty replacement.

How do I get all of the same apps I had previously without paying for them all over again? I thought my Microsoft Live account would keep track of that so I wouldn't need to purchase an app a second time. I can't do anything with my old device since it won't boot now. When I go to download my old apps (including even the WPCentral app) they all give the option to try or buy again.

Never mind, I just realized when I go to the confirmation page it says that the app has already been purchased and asks if I want to download it again.
