Where did my screen go?

I got my Lumia 920 (cyan) last Wednesday. Just today, the phone starting acting strange - I would hit settings and it would transition to the SETTINGS screen but nothing would come up. I would get just a white screen. I would soft reset and then it would be fine for a minute but then it would start again. It happens sometimes when I go to email or text or the ME tile. I've attached a video so you can see what I mean.

I have even done a HARD reset and the issue is still there. Is my phone broken? Has anyone seen or experienced this?

It seems to be getting worse. Do you have any suggestions?

In case anyone ever experiences this issue, I went to AT&T and they said it's a defective phone. So I have to take it in to their warranty replacement center for an exchange. I hope they have cyan!
