Nokia Lumia 920 Not booting after Complete Discharge

I happen to fully discharge my Nokia Lumia 920, now I have been plugging it to wall charger for about an hour or more but it is still not rebooting. When i press the power/lock key At&T logo on white background shows on screen and then a battery indicator with one red bar is displayed notifying that the device is charging by the blinking plug sign. Is there any way to power it on since it has be charging for more then hour?? I tried wireless charging pad, included wall charger and USB charging to make sure that connection is not faulty but the problem persists, any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Are you using the charger that came with the phone?

That issue happened with mw recently as well except that the screen wouldn't even then on. Try a soft reboot. Hold the volume down and power button together until it restarts. Fixed my phone.

Looks like Lumia 920 requires a soft reset to boot up after every full discharge.. I Had to do it again

Same not booting after full discharge problem came to my phone also . But Your Tips help me to Solve this issue.
