hey guys, i've a problem with my lumia 820, why everytime I try to copy a music or video from my pc to lumia 820 it always says that "device has either been disconnected or stopped responding" and not only that, why I can only play a video or music which I save on my phone memory but it can't be played anymore if I put my sd card in?
p.s: my friend said that the problem is in my phone, is it true?
and there's a problem with my front facing camera too, the camera is kinda dusty and weird, but there's no problem with my main camera is this only me?
