My SD card has been working fine but when I on my phone one day, I get this message. I've connected my phone to my computer but I have no idea how to fix it. Any help appreciated! Thanks!

Here's the message my phone gave me.
Edit: I managed to solve it on my own in my moment of frenzy. I wanted to delete the thread but there's no delete option. I stared at the message that my phone told me and it suddenly occurred to me that my phone meant taking the SD card out physically and putting it into my computer through the SD card slot. I did that and I scanned for problems and that solved the issue. The message no longer pops up.
