Is anyone else worried about AT&T not pushing updates?

AT&T has had an awful history of not pushing important OS updates. Officially, the original HTC Titan is still sitting on 7.10.7720, which is the initial release of Mango. When I had a Titan, I eventually pushed 7.10.8773 and then 7.10.8862 to the phone so I would have a more modern (and bug-free) experience.

I've had a Lumia 920 since December. Great phone, but I can't help but worry: is AT&T going to abandon the phone like they seem to do so often? The Titan II, released alongside the Lumia 900, never received the 7.8 update. This wouldn't be such a big deal if not for the fact that cab sending isn't an option with WP8.

Nope. 920 Will get the updates fine.

Pfft, they're the best in the world for pushing 920 updates.
Lots of countries are still sitting on portico (myself included).

I'm fine (so far) because I have a 920. My mom has an 820, so she's a little upset they haven't gotten the latest updates.

820 owner here. I'm not worried. I just don't expect it til its too late. I'm not really sure why I stayed with AT&T to be honest after never receiving updates to fix the disappearing keyboard for my Focus.

820 owner here. No love from ATT for my device. You would think since guts are almost the same, they would push updates at the same time, but no.

I am more concerned about my wife's GSIII not getting anymore updates than my L920. So far Nokia has kept ATT honest regarding the 920, but cant say the same when it comes to Samsung.

Not really. Seems like ever since WP8, AT&T Lumia 920's are like the beta testers for new updates. We get updates even before the unbranded phones do. It's happened often enough that people are complaining about us getting the updates way before everyone else.

Yes, I am worried. I still have a Samsung Focus, and ATT never even pushed the latest 7.5 updates to that phone. And I am guaranteed to never get the 7.8 update. Why? Not because of any hardware limitation - but because ATT simply doesn't care....
