Can you unbrand the AT&T Lumia 925 like the AT&T 920?

We all know branded devices are mostly preloaded with useless apps and are restricted in regards to software updates and etc. Take the AT&T Lumia 920 as the prime example. Pretty much every other mobile service provider allowed the GDR2/Amber update yet AT&T has not. Whichever the excuse is, it's still an EXCUSE, and we paid good money for our devices. With that said, is it possible, (and if so, what steps to take) to unbrand the AT&T Lumia 925 version?

Also, after unbranding the Lumia 925, will you be able to use AT&T LTE and/or 4G like the Lumia 920 AFTER unbranding.
