No service &factory resets with at&t

I have a year old Nokia Lumia 920 with at&t. My phone is running the gdr 3 preview without Nokia black update.

Recently I've been having an issue with my phone dropping service (full bars LTE to no service) when placing phone calls and will reset itself sometimes when this happens. This happens frequently and it's very irritating for me. Has anyone else had issues with their Lumia 920? Or at&t? I'm thinking its an issue with the service in my area.

not yet. Going to do that tomorrow because this issue only happens mostly after 11pm
