Help with Lumia 1520 & HERE Drive

I got Lumia 1520..last week I used here drive for the first time, no vioce guide..removed here drive, installd it again. same problem.. Arrow follows the map, the Beep comes when i drive to fast..
try 4 diff laung(swedish dansih,english and spanish) same problem..

i upgraded to 8.1 in hope that this would fix the problem, it dident.

Anyone that knows what to do?? nokia Facebook claims its a setting, but i have tryd everysetting i can find.

U have to download a voice pack.route it from the map ,start navigation,the drive app opens with voice guidance.
I remember downloading a voice pack though.

Go to settings, Speech and download/set speech language pack. That will fix your problem.

Nope i have speech language packs downloaded and it dont work

Are you sure? Tap on the language listed in Speech language bar. It might look good but required pack could be broken or missing.

I have a similar problem.
When bluetoth is activated on my phone the voice guidance does not work. Every time the voice guidance should give information the cars phone system is activated as an incoming call which of course cannot be answered. I guess the guidance is supposed to be heard on the cars speaker system.
Did you receive any solution to your problem?
