Does anyone have a problem with this?
When I text in Portuguese, to family and friends in Brazil, I run into a limit of 80 characters. When I text abroad, the limit raises to standard 160 characters.
The difference between both? I use PORTUGUESE keyboard locally and ENGLISH keyboard to international messages.
On Android, there's was an option in the message app called strip Unicode - which sold the problem in that OS. IS there such a thing on WP?
