My silly (mostly) 1520 family...

In my family (which includes my parents, brother and our immediate household) we are definitely a Lumia Family (7 out of 13 are using 1520, so not too bad).

• Wife: Yellow 1520, Red 2520 (tablet)
• Mom: Red 1520
• Oldest Son: Black 1520
• Myself: Black 1520 (32gb)
• Father: Black 1520
• Brother: Red 1520
• Middle Son: White 635
• Uncle: Black 920
• Aunt: Red 920
• Oldest Nephew: 920
• Youngest Nephew: iPhone 5 (I guess we can't win 'em all... :winktongue: )
• Cousin: Green 930
• Sister: White 1520

Needless to say, with the scarcity of the 1520's going around, I had to get my hands on a few spares, just in case.

However, it's nice to be a Lumia family and it's even nicer that I did not have to talk ANYONE into switching to Lumia. They did so on their own and no one has any regrets!!

Anyone else have a Lumia family?

That is one impressive list, too bad im not so lucky, im using my ancient but trusty little 620, my dad uses an iphone 4, my brother uses a nexus 5 (at one point it broke and he had to use symbian for a while lol) and my mom uses a zenfone 5, my sister is using a galaxy duos thing, no idea what the model is i tried looking up they all look exactly the same. Anyway she hates the crap out of it and wants an upgrade. i might just recommend her the 735.
I recommended my close friend a 920 2 year ago and he loves it

Wife: Lumia 920, due for a change to something new though. Needless to say it's gonna be a Lumia again.

My other two kids are too young for smartphones just yet. But no doubt they're gonna follow us.

I've only got 6 Lumias in my family (5 are mine). Rest are iPhones :/

Youngest child is only 7, I don't think he needs a phone at this time.

Hehe, I am a former Microsoft Employee, they knew and people liked it. I can name a few other families from my group of Microsoft friends that would be impressive and even out-do my list (some of them have HUGE families)! LOL

Being here in Miami, it's pretty much a sea of iPhones, especially where I work. However, I have seen a few other Lumia's floating around and with some people taking a look at my 1520, they are ready to switch when they have their next upgrade.

I'm the blacksheep in my family with my 1520 My wife and daughter both have iPhones and all the rest of our devices are Apple too. I love watching them try to do things on my phone. It's quite amusing ;D

None that anyone has mentioned. I k ow that none of the 1520's I have had presented that issue (I have had 3 for warranty for other unrelated issues).

Glad to hear that your 1520 doesn't have that issue. My 1520 has arrived and it also doesn't have the touch issue. I'm really happy with my 1520 ^^

Me: 1020. Will hold until 1030
Dad: Nokia E90 (yes, you read it right) and a Samsung Android tablet. I might try to lure him into 1520 or maybe the rumored upcoming 1330 someday should his tab starts being idiotic.
Mom: an old BlackBerry. She refuses to use a smartphone
Little bro: Nokia C7 and Smartfren Andromax C3 (a Chinese low-cost Android)
Little sis: an old Nokia (I forgot the model) and an iPad 4th gen. Showed interest on my 1020. Should I upgrade, she'll get my 1020
Girlfriend: a Samsung Galaxy phone. I might force her to use a Lumia when she becomes my wife lol
