double tap not working while screen guard using condition

past thee months i used lumia 640 that time i put temperd screen guard i didnt get any issue from mobile mobile was worked cool
but my bad time my mobile was stolen
after one week i bought another lumia640 after oneday i putted same screen guard but my screen double tap is not working properly and when i getting incoming cal display was automatically off
i don't had option screen + touch
pls help anyone quickly

If the problem is caused by the screen guard, then the solution is to remove the screen guard.

In replacement of that screen guard, you may want to look into liquid screen protectors - I've got one applied on my L1020, my sister's L535, my dad's iPhone and my girlfriend's iPhone and it seems to perform as advertised - better than bulky tempered glass screen protectors.
