Why can't my Lumia 640 recognize anything on the sd card?

My Lumia 640 can't recognise anything on sd card!!!

I am using Lumia 640 and it works fine. But for the past 3 days I'm facing an issue that if i save photos on my sd card it cant be saved and if i play games game data can't be saved and also a major problem is that i can't install apps on my both phone and sd card. I'm using sd card of class 10 and I tried with other sd cards also. Thanks in advance for your help

I had that issue with apps after i hard reseted my 640, music and pics were there but apps were useless. I formated it and it worked, you may try this yourself.
