How to do same things my old phone could - delete, block, details or call from call log

I was able to touch a number in my call log on my old phone and choose on of the 4 options to delete,, see details , block or speed dial a number.

It is really annoying that I cannot delete or block some 800 numbers on my new 950. I want my functionality back! where did it go? some software writer has buried and hidden it well in a non-intuitive location

it's there on my 950. in the history tab in the dialer, in this specific order:
Details
Delete
Add to speed dial
Block Number

and all of the blocked call settings are accessible via the dialer, which seems like the most intuitive place to keep it!
From the history tab in the dialer:
tap on the ellipsis ("..." on the bottom right)
blocked calls
then the hamburger menu (top left)
you now can see your blocked calls. messaged, block list, and settings.

now on the downside, i notice that sometimes a caller on the blocklist wil break through. i may just switch to truecaller, but NOT a fan of the way it interfaces with windows 10. When i have it setup as the caller id, all people on my block list got through. i don't feel like re-entering everyone in true caller.
