    When using the supplied USB-C connector to use with my Display Dock that came with my new 950 Windows phone I'm prompting to try using a different cord.

    I tried doing an update but the update available sits at 0%. I then tried a factory restore and still no luck.

    I'm using a strong WI-FI connection but that does not seem to make any difference either.

    Anyone else had this problem?

    I hope someone can help. The only time I had this problem was when I was using a 3rd party cable. At worst I'm sure you could contact Microsoft to send you a new cable.
