lumina 640 and sd card issues

I wanted to go back to my lumina 640 and wind10 mobile so I get the phone up and running start setting it up and it shows the 32g microsd card as only 15.8MB so I format it in phone still shows 15.8MB put in my laptop reformat and it shows 29.8g as normal put back in phone shows 15.8MB.
So I put in back in android phone shows 29.8g this worked before correctly in my lumina 640 before so what gives,i really want to use the 640 again but this little hiccup is keeping from it thanks for any help.:unhappy:
the microsd brand card is wintec filemate.

I'd advise you to reset your Lumia 640. What build is it on now?

Or better yet, reinstall Windows Phone 8.1 using WDRT then upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile again and do a reset for an absolutely fresh OS.
