New outlook Alias not receiving any emails :(

Hello!
I have created new Alias in Outlook.com to use as work address; it's getting any emails
Not showing up anywhere, not in Junk, not in any folder...

Yes I have tried sending an email to the new alias, and rules doesn't seem to fix it :\

Is the work email your own company or one you work at that may (probably) have exchange server rules in place?
