Your next smartphone? (If your current WP did not satisfy)

I just got a Lumia Icon so I'm going nowhere for a good while. I have no real complaints with the phone, but I miss the stupidly overkill 41mp camera of my old Lumia 1020. The next phone for me is going to be the next over-the-top camera with a phone attached. The camera on the Icon is good, but the camera on the 1020 was amazing. I miss it.

Current is an HTC 8X. Switching to Lumia 1520 and then waiting for the first Windows Phone that will have a wacom digitizer and stylus support

Current: Lumia 920
Next phone: Whatever comes out in the fall with the 8.1 or higher with a 4.3"+ screen and 32 GB+ (or 16 GB with added memory). I'm not sure what phones are coming out later this year.

I have the 1020 and just used my upgrade for the Galaxy s5. Using both but my 1020 is collecting dust. The app gap is real and the interesting thing is msft has made it very easy to switch. With services being on android you don't miss anything. Xbox music. outlook, skype, onedrive,lync,onenote all work great on android. Battery life is amazing a full day with Bluetooth on connected to my smart watch (Samsung neo 2) and I am down to about 50-60%

Camera is still not 1020 standards but great in day time scenarios just night time it sucks.

The smart watch deal on wp needs to be sorted QUICK. I love my watch has 4gb storage and connects to my Bluetooth headset so I don't need my phone for music and running etc

That's whats stopping me using my 1020 as much. Will get the next wp high end device just needs to happen fast.

930 looks to be next, but my 920 is still great so will see what comes along and is available in 6 months or so. No need to upgrade for the sake of it!

My next phone will probably be whatever Goldfinger is or the 1030. But if I couldn't get a WP I'd get a flagship iPhone. Android has more apps than WP but isn't much better at getting the quality niche stuff or the best games. I use an iPad and sometimes carry my old iPhone for apps Windows doesn't have, and those apps are not on Android either. iOS is polished like WP too, while Android still lags in UX design. And both are stuck with half modern, half Palm Pilot icon grid UIs.

iPhone 6, but that won't be my only phone. I will look at the next big release from Windows Phone and keep the iPhone 6 for apps.
I won't rule out android completely. But I can say I would say I am about done with android because of all the inferior features that are horri-bad.
cut / paste on android vs. iPhone / windows phone, just makes me angry. That's 1 of 100 I could go thru, but I won't...

Oh well, 630 is the next phone for me. That's if it goes sub-$180 here in the Philippines, post-tax. Otherwise, 720 it is!

If I ha a 925/1020 I probably wouldn't upgrade until the phone broke.
As it stands I have 11 months left on my 820 so by then the 930 will be pushed down in price on contract
