I looked at porn as a joke. Now, I think my phone have computer viruses. Can you give me an assurance that my phone is not infected? Thank you.

Your phone is not infected with anything. People would sooner spend their effort targeting iOS and Android to varying degrees of success. You may have just had a scary popup which was as true as me (not a doctor) showing up at your doorstep and claiming you had contracted Ebola.
