Chase banking app - send them requests

Hello,

I have contacted Chase over the past year of so asking about a Windows Phone app, and have usually gotten a generic "thank you for your comment...." reply. Recently, I received more of a live response from them telling me that it's not something they're actively working on because they frankly dont hear many requests for it.

So, let's encourage each other to reach out to Chase and let them know that the app is something that a large group of users want. If you login to your Chase account online, you can navigate through their Contact Us section to ask them when an app will be available to Windows Phone users.

I also found this article about Chase outsourcing their bank apps to a third party developer quite some time ago, and I'm hoping they were working on both Blackberry and WP7 concurrently. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

My wife just asked me about this today. I just told her that I knew there wasn't an app yet because I saw a thread on the WPCentral forums.

So I sent them a VERY POLITE email regarding this, and their response was:

Same crappy response from the second paragraph on... The first was apologizing for being lied to that one was in the works and was to be released soon around January.

Honestly, I told them that Bank of America had one so if they don't get on it, I'll just switch banks over to BoA.

As of this time, we have no information if we are going to

Because blackberry has a much larger user base than windows phone, and banks are concerned about the bottom line.
