I sent them this.

I find it extremely disappointing that Chase does not yet have an app for windows phone 7, the freshest and most innovative operating system for a phone yet. Further adding insult to injury is the fact that blackberry/RIM, a rapidly dying brand by anyone's standards, has an app. When do you plan on releasing one? I'd hate to have to switch over to Bank of America for the convenience factor.

Just sent in a request in their customer feedback form requesting a native Chase app. Got a generic response so we shall see...

Awesome! July 2012.

Coincidentally, I've also written emails to American Express and Discover to request WP apps.

Does this mean it will be available in July or they will start developing the app in July?

I was curious to see if I would get the same reply with July 2012 dates. And I didn't...somehow, though, I think I could hear the snickering of a development team who hates Microsoft and wants us to buy an apple product....

Here's the response:

Dear ****,

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have
experienced in utilizing the Chase Mobile Banking and we
understand your concern. We are happy to assist you
today.

Please be advised that we have forwarded your suggestion
to the development team for consideration. We are
continually working to improve our products and services
to meet our customers' needs and we appreciate you sending
us your idea.

Please let us know if you need anything else.

If you have any questions or require further assistance,
please e-mail us via the Secure Message Center or contact
our Internet Service Center at 1-877-242-7372.

Thank you,

Bump! Anyone see a Chase app on the Windows Phone 8 demo today? Better not be a tease.
Pretty sure Joe Belfiore just demo'd a Chase App during his section on Wallet and Purchasing. Certainly showed a Chase Credit card being added to Wallet. Sure he mentioned it.

Yep! My original post was made when he was just scrolling around and I saw the Chase app icon, before the wallet was demo-ed. I'm excited to finally have a confirmation that it's coming!

I recently switched from iOS to WP7 and I must say I thoroughly enjoy windows mobile platform. As a chase customer obviously I would like an app so I sent an email and got this response.

Thank you for contacting the Internet Service Center.

We appreciate your interest for the Windows OS to cater
your banking needs. Chase understands that the banking
industry changes frequently and we recognize technological
turning point for all mobile phone users.

As of this time, we have no information if we are going to
release a Chase application for the Windows Mobile
Operating System but we are already recognizing the number
of consumers who uses this system regularly. We will
inform you of any developments in the near future if we
will launch an application for Windows Mobile users.
Windows Mobile OS and Windows Phone OS isn't the same :D
