Not able to download UC browser after WP8.1 update.

Yesterday I installed cyan update on my nokia Lumia 720. After installing I tried to install UC browser but every time it says attention required and tried to download it several times but not able to download.... Any one plz help.i have tried soft reset also but dint help.

Try soft reset (power + vol down) then you will see (!) on the screen. Don't worry it's resetting everything with deleting any app. Then install again.

I have it on my 930 cyan and HTC 8x wp8 and it works perfectly. I use it daily for hours without any single error.

If not, check your connection and download it through wifi not 3g or 4g.

Today I also found that I am not able to download any of the browsers... Like maxthon browser, mini browser,.....etc.
I don't know why its behaving so wearied.

I hate to say it, but... Hard Reset maybe?

i have tried for even hard reset but still i am unable to download the app . not only uc browser but also i am unable do download any browser. so please show me a way.
