    Could the Surface Duo be running WCOS with an Android subsystem (Linux) with the same foldable UX/c-Shell as the Surface Neo without the containers for Win32 apps?

    Could yes. It is not anticipated to though. Probably never will. That is why they have the Neo and Duo. One is WCOS the other a customized Android OS. Be cool if they unlock the boot loader so one can do that though :)
