Lumia 1520 no battery signal while charging

Hi

My phone's battery was very low so when I attached the USB charger it started acting weirdly:

Battery charging signal is not coming though sometimes win icon blink
It is continuously vibrating a little after few seconds and restarting
After switching off phone and putting on charge, phone is getting restart by itself and then again vibrate and restart loop starts.

the win icon blinks when its super low yet recieving power, its probably in the twilight zone between enough power to start and not.

you are using the original charger, right?
