Backup problem.

Has anyone found a definitive cure for the backup error. Gets to around 97% and hangs, and eventually throws an error message. I feel like I've tried all the things that have worked for some people and still no joy. Any help would be appreciated. I want to load cyan but I have L920 and need to roll back first so I need a backup I can trust. Thanks.

perhaps you could check on OneDrive's site to see if you have a backup actually made.
My 920 kept throwing backup errors so I decided "screw it, I'll just erase" and it turns out the backup was indeed intact, the phone was just reporting errors, but the backup was online, and intact. No issues so far except for a start screen needing reorganization, but i blame the WP8.1 update > WP8.1 change.
