I updated my phone with the 8.1 update and now cannot get my personal email. Why?

Email was working perfectly fine until updates were downloaded. Now it tells me it can't connect and gives an error message. Other times it tells me the system updated email but I have not seen anything new since 9/27.

Just out of curiosity, did you perform a hard reset after your updates??
