How i can use my Nokia 1020 for tethering hotspot? I have tried the usual procedure of setting

Cannot adjust the set up (not made available); the WiFi is always on but the button is not highlighted, and the internet sharing button is also not highlighted and will always display Internet sharing isn't currently available!

It means either your phone company does not know what phone you are using so the function is not enabled on their end or your phone company blocks this function I would think.
