HTC One Phantom Vmail
I've suddenly begun experiencing phantom vmail notifications on my recently-purchased HTC One. I receive a visual notification on the live tile and when accessing, see that a single vmail is waiting. But when I call vmail, I'm told there are no messages and thus, am not offered the opportunity to delete any existing emails. I've tried calling and leaving myself vmail, am able to delete it, and the mailbox then shows as being empty. But after a few hours, the vmail notification returns.
I've searched to see if this issue is prevalent, and evidently it is for this model on Android devices (though those forums suggest the problem goes away after leaving yourself a vmail and deleting).
I've also tried resetting the phone, and this doesn't resolve the issue either.
Any thoughts?
