Lumia 930 overheating

Hi I just purchased my Lumia 930 a few days back and I've been encountribg a few issues like the phone overheats whenever I use Spotify or the Xbox music app and also while I search the web any idea how to fix this?

If its just warm-ness, that's normal.

But if its serious, impairing-use overheating, then contact MS support, you appear to have gotten a bad unit. (happens to all phones, makes, etc.)
It would probably be a clean-cut warranty replacement.
