How do I recover my password on my Lumia 520 with 8.1?

Hello Friends,

I really feel sad about my password. I forget but get recover options and i done it , but still unable to get login to my acccount . could you please reply me with currect http link or any other sujetions.

You mean your Microsoft Account password? Or your PIN?

Why dont you search a video on youtube for your problem

My best guess is that you will have to do a hard reset and set your phone up again. This time, I would make sure to write down any passwords or PIN's that you use.

Hopefully there might be a less drastic way to recover and someone post here but a hard reset is my only suggestion.
