Why do I have an error downloading an app in the Windows store?

i have error in downloading app in windows store

Iam new to windows phone and I have Lumia535 .iam not able to download app and games from windows store. When I click Download button first it show downloading the a pop message appear saying that you have troubleshooting In loading please try again later, then few digit along with statement saying that this number is useful.but,iam able to open Internet explorer and explore it-I think there is no problem in my network system-Iam fed up with Lumia ,I will move on to android if it is like this.

Idk but I have had occasional probs when I had my phone set to download new apps to SD card. I switched it to download to phone and no more problems. I just move them to SD card after there installed.

What are the digits because these are important to find the solution. So google this error code or post it on this forum.
